Sister Lashonda Edwards-Carter, the wife of Bro. Michael Carter, transitioned on November 14. The funeral service for Sister Carter was held on yesterday, November 22 nd , in Yazoo City, MS.

Mr. Lawrence Stanley Crump, the youngest brother of Deacon McKenzie Crump transitioned last week. The funeral arrangements will be shared when made available.

Mrs. Idella Barnes, of Quincy, Fla., the mother of the late Deacon Nate Ruffin has transitioned. The funeral service for Mrs. Barnes will be held on November 29 th .

Mr. Johnathan Paul Johnson, the son of Rev. John Johnson, the Pastor of Morning Star Baptist Church, and the nephew of Sister Alveretta McCoy transitioned last week. The funeral service for Mr. Johnson, was held on yesterday, November 22 nd , at Morning Star Baptist Church, here in Jackson.

Mrs. Clarissa Jefferson, the sister of one of our former members, Deaconess Mae Harrington, transitioned last week. The funeral service for Mrs. Jefferson was held on yesterday, November 22, in Angie, LA.

Mr. Lawrence McElroy Jr., the grandson of Usher Larry Robinson, transitioned last week. The funeral arrangements will be shared when made available.
