Motivation Monday | 5:30pm
Start your week with a mixture of exercises (Dance, floor, cardio, etc) to get your blood pumping and joints loosened for the week.
"Sizzling Seniors" Tuesdays & Thursdays
10:00 a.m. at Cade Chapel
This is for our 65 and older seasoned crew! Getting in motion with standing and sitting exercises designed to fit different intensity levels.
Turn It Up Thursday | 5:30pm
Let's speed the motion up a bit with some of the latest line dances, choreography, and Zumba! Let's JAM!
