"Great" Monday

5:30 p.m. at Cade Chapel

Start your week off "great" with a mixture of exercises (Dance, floor, cardio, etc) to get your blood pumping and joints loosened for the upcoming week. Make it great! 



"Sizzling Seniors" Tuesdays & Thursdays

10:00 a.m. at Cade Chapel

This is for our 65 and older seasoned crew! Getting in motion with standing and sitting exercises designed to fit different intensity levels. 



"Jamming" Thursday

5:30 p.m. at Cade Chapel

Let's speed the motion up a bit with some of the latest line dances, choreography, and Zumba! Let's JAM!



"High Stepping" Saturday

8:00 a.m. at Jackson Medical Mall (Piccadilly entrance)

Let's all get together and walk the week off. A brisk walking session does the body good after a long week. Let's high-step our way into a healthier lifestyle!
